That everyday cleaning can be authorized on an ongoing plan when the assessment supports it. Heavy cleaning is the limited, hazard-based cousin. It is not a second weekly maid service by another name.
At the visit, describe the condition of the home that creates a health or safety hazard the person cannot clear. Stay specific. Do not attach a renovation estimate or a hospital dump to SOC 295 unless the county asked for a page. Keep medical records for the county packet. SOC 873 remains the medical piece for the case, not a work order for cleaning.
