A typical day gives the worker something the guidelines can attach to. “Breakfast takes help with setup, eating, and cleanup because of tremor” is usable. “We need a lot of hours” is not. Walk through morning care, meals, medications the person cannot manage alone only if that is an authorized kind of help, laundry, shopping, and evening care. Include the slow parts: walking to the bathroom, waiting for dizziness to pass, changing sheets after an accident.
